Dr. Yi-Fan Liu  劉奕帆 博士

Dr. Yi-Fan Liu is currently an Associate Research Fellow at the National Academy for Educational Research and concurrently serves as an Associate Professor at the College of Education, National Tsing Hua University. He received his Ph.D. from National Central University in 2016, focusing on how prior knowledge influences learners’ behaviors when using annotatable e-books in both individual and shared contexts. His research expertise includes technology-enhanced language learning, mobile learning, human factors, and Note-taking behaviors. To date, he has published more than 30 papers in international journals, conferences, and edited volumes. In recent years, his research has centered on applications of artificial intelligence in education, resulting in over 10 related publications in SSCI-indexed journals and international conferences.

In terms of research projects, Dr. Liu has led or participated in more than 30 research and development projects commissioned by institutions such as the Ministry of Education, the National Science and Technology Council, the National Academy for Educational Research, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the National Taiwan Science Education Center. These projects span educational promotion and cross-disciplinary applications. With interdisciplinary expertise in programming and visual design, he has completed over 40 projects, covering AI-based intelligent learning systems (large language models and generative AI), smart learning environments and contextual learning, digital assessment systems, game-based learning systems, digital learning materials and content design, as well as visual design, web design, and information application systems.

In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Liu and his students have collectively received more than 25 awards, including honors in programming competitions, information application contests, and leadership and contributions in public service. These achievements underscore his impact in both academic research and practical applications.

劉奕帆博士現任國家教育研究院副研究員（Associate Research Fellow），並兼任國立清華大學竹師教育學院副教授。2016年獲得國立中央大學博士學位，主要探討先備知識如何影響學習者在個人與共享情境中使用可註記電子書的行為。其研究專長涵蓋科技輔助語言學習、行動學習、人因工程與註記行為，至今已發表國際期刊、研討會及專書論文超過30篇。近年來，研究聚焦於人工智慧在教育領域的應用，於SSCI期刊與國際研討會發表逾10篇相關成果。 

在研究計畫方面，劉博士曾主持或參與教育部、國家科學技術委員會、國家教育研究院、農業部及國立臺灣科學教育館等機構委託之研究與發展計畫，累計超過30項，涵蓋教育推廣與跨領域應用。並具程式設計與視覺設計之跨域專長，已完成40餘項專案，成果涵蓋AI智慧學習系統（大型語言模型與生成式AI）、智慧學習環境與情境式學習、數位評量系統、悅趣式學習系統、數位教材與內容設計，以及視覺設計、網頁設計與資訊應用系統。

在榮譽方面，劉博士個人取得或指導學生取得了超過25個獎項，涵蓋程式設計、資訊應用競賽，以及公共服務領域的領導與貢獻。這些成就證明了劉博士在學術研究和實務應用中的表現與影響力。
