Dr. Yi-Fan Liu  劉奕帆 博士

Dr. Yi-Fan Liu currently serves as an Associate Research Fellow at the National Academy for Educational Research and is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the College of Education at National Tsing Hua University. He earned his PhD from the National Central University in 2016. During his doctoral studies, his research focused on how prior knowledge impacts learners' behavior when using annotatable e-reader in both individual and shared environments. His interest in the fields of Technology Enhanced Language Learning, Mobile Learning, Human Factors, and Note-taking Behaviors, leading to numerous academic publications in these areas.

Dr. Liu has led or participated in more than 27 research projects, including those sponsored by the Ministry of Education, the National Science and Technology Council, the National Academy for Educational Research, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the National Taiwan Science Education Center.

In addition, Dr. Liu has a wealth of practical experience in programming and visual design. He has designed and completed over 35 projects, encompassing instructional systems, commercial programs, and general graphic design and animation works.

In terms of accolades, Dr. Liu has personally earned or guided students to achieve over 23 awards, including those related to computer information competitions (such as programming design and information applications), as well as awards recognizing his leadership and involvement in public service. These achievements attest to Dr. Liu's outstanding performance in both academic research and practical application.

劉奕帆博士目前在國家教育研究院擔任副研究員(Associate Research Fellow)，同時也是國立清華大學竹師教育學院兼任副教授。他於2016年從國立中央大學獲得博士學位，主要研究先備知識如何影響學習者在個人與共享環境下使用可註記電子書的行為。研究興趣包括科技輔助語言學習、行動學習、人因、註記行為，並在這些領域發表了多篇學術文章。

劉博士已主持參與了超過27項研究計劃，包括由教育部、國家科學技術委員會、國家教育研究院、農委會和國立台灣科學教育館的項目。除了學術領域外，劉博士在程式設計和視覺設計方面有豐富的實踐經驗。已設計完成超過35項專案，包括教學系統、商業程式，以及一般的平面設計和動畫設計。

在獎項方面，劉博士個人取得或指導學生取得了超過23個獎項，包括與電腦資訊競賽（如程式設計和資訊應用）相關的獎項，以及認可他在公共服務領域的領導和參與的獎項。這些成就證明了劉博士在學術研究和實踐應用中的優異表現。
